How do I place an order?

We pride ourselves on excellent, individualized customer care. We have customer service representatives who are happy to assist you with all your custom balloon needs. Please contact us at your earliest convenience (phone number).

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be in your hands within seven days from the minute you have approved the artwork. If you need an item faster, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I order in quantities not shown?

Yes, we are more than happy to assist you with your customized order. We encourage you to call with your requirements so we can offer assistance if possible.

What kind of artwork can I send? And, what if I don’t have artwork?

Our preferred format for artwork is a Vector file. If you don’t have artwork, our art department will work with you to design exactly what you need.

Where can I send my artwork?

You can send the artwork to balloons@giantad.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your Customer Care Representative and they’ll be happy to assist you, if possible.

Do the balloons arrive inflated?

Our balloons do not arrive inflated but they are ready to be inflated!

Do you supply helium?

We supply the balloons only and you need to contact your local helium supplier.

How much helium will I need?

A 244 Cubic feet helium tank can fill approximately 484 12” balloons.
